• A declaration on non-judicial stamp paper duly attested by an Oath Commissioner affirming, inter alia, that he/she is not ineligible to act as a Chief Executive Officer in accordance with the provisions of the relevant law, rules, regulations, fit and proper criteria etc. given in including but not limited to the Fit and Proper Criteria given in the various relevant laws/rules including in the Companies Act, 2017 and State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023 and the State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) Ownership and Management Policy. 2023 framed under State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023.
